Working at AirTanker
Our team combines experience from military and civil aviation and well as the wider industry. We value the individual, but we recognise that we can only succeed through collaboration – working together to achieve our common goals.
Life at AirTanker – going global
AirTanker is about much more than the ‘nine to five’. We offer a unique opportunity to play your part in a pioneering service that is working to deliver unparalleled support to the RAF and UK Armed Forces.
While we have a huge variety of roles permanently based here at the AirTanker Hub at RAF Brize Norton, others could give you an opportunity to see the world.
Roles include civilian cabin crew and pilots, engineers and other operational support roles from Flight Operations to Human Resources.
One Team – Talent and Development
We have a vast and diverse business. We’re proud of the work we do in support of the Voyager programme and we’re also excited about the opportunities for our expanding Leasing operation. The expertise and passion of our people are vital ingredients for our business. Civilians, RAF, Sponsored Reservists and contractors integrate in the workplace in support of our military and civil operations.
Irrespective of their background, civilian or military, all our workforce share a common commitment; to deliver service excellence. We are committed to investing in our people. We provide a broad range of training including CAA accredited and licensed training and we embrace and learn from the experiences and knowledge of our embedded RAF personnel.
Dedicated to investing in our future workforce, AirTanker offers apprenticeship schemes; providing a new generation of workforce with the opportunity to learn, experience and understand our pioneering capability and inspire future innovation.
